1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ProductCatalogs.ai (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

ProductCatalogs.ai helps teams import supplier product data, review proposed product and pricing changes, approve catalog versions, and create controlled catalog outputs. The Service is owned and operated by Rocketing AI, Inc..

3. Accounts and Authorized Users

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, the security of account credentials, the people you authorize to use the Service, and all activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been compromised.

4. Customer Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of the catalog files, product information, instructions, and other content you submit to the Service (“Customer Content”). You grant us a limited right to host, copy, process, display, and transmit Customer Content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service and to comply with law.

5. Review and Approval Responsibility

The Service may use automated and AI-assisted methods to organize data, identify possible risks, and suggest mappings or changes. These results may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing and approving product, price, legal, regulatory, and publishing decisions before using or distributing an output.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Service to violate law, infringe intellectual property, process content you do not have the right to use, distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, or bypass usage and security controls.

7. Free Report, Payment, and Cancellation

The first supplier-file risk report is available without a payment card. Continued paid access is billed monthly or annually according to the price and terms shown before purchase. Current pricing, plan limits, and included features appear on the Pricing page. You may cancel at any time. After cancellation, catalogs remain available for 30 days for export, subject to the Data Policy and any legal retention requirement.

8. Service Changes and Availability

We may modify or discontinue features, including early access features, as the Service evolves. We will use reasonable efforts to communicate material changes. Some integrations require separate production setup or third-party accounts.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that every supplier error will be detected, that every output will be error-free, or that the Service will be uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rocketing AI, Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the revised date and provide notice of material changes when appropriate. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
